If you booked a walk

Your agreement is with the field, not with wagfield. The field owner takes the payment into their own account, and they are the business you are buying from — we are the software the booking arrived through, in the way a card machine is not the shop.

So their rules are the ones that apply. How long before the walk you can cancel and get your money back is set by the field, and it is shown to you on the booking page before you pay and repeated in your confirmation email. If a field shuts on you, the refund comes from the field, and we send it on their instruction the moment they close the day.

If something goes wrong with a booking, the field owner is who to talk to and their number is on your confirmation. If you cannot reach them, write to us and we will help — we can see the booking and the payment, and we would rather untangle it than watch you fight the wrong party.

What we hold about you, and why, is in the privacy notice. For your details specifically, the field owner is the data controller and we act on their instruction — that page says what that means for a request to see or delete them.

If you own a field

Your agreement is with us, and it is the terms: £29 a month for each live field, no commission, cancel whenever. You are the merchant of record for every booking, which is why the money lands in your bank and why the cancellation policy is yours to set.
